Phoebe, Munch Menus has seriously changed my life--our mutual friend Caitlin told me about you and we've never looked back. My husband, 18 month old, and I love your menus so much! You've made our lives so much easier. Two questions for you:
1. What are your breakfast staples? I feel like now that dinner is solved (thanks to you) breakfast is still a challenge for us.
2. What are your Costco buys? Would love to know as an avid Costco fan.
Kelsey!!! Caitlin told me you were a fan and it made my day. 1. I need to do a stack on this! There's a green baked oatmeal on feedmephoebe.com (will link in another comment) that we do some variation on every couple weeks and freeze. Sometimes overnight oats / chia pudding instead. And then my husband does a simple scramble the other days. We honestly need to be better about rotating. Subject for a future menu!
2. I sadly do not belong to Caitlin's Costco fan club - it's just too far away in nyc! But this would be a fun crowd sourcing topic, so consider it noted!!
Thank you for your delightful note and for subscribing xo
Dude we love the green baked oatmeal! I’ve made it twice. Thanks for the other ideas, those are awesome. No worries on Costco, I also live in Canada so I’d imagine things are different anyways.
Ketchup or teriyaki sauce will usually help protein disappear in our house. Helps make veggies more appealing too. Ben grimaces on ketchup with a side of carrot sticks, but I’ll gladly let her slather it over everything if it helps her eat more real food in general 😜😂🙏🏻

We are all about hero sauces here at munch menus. Tell Ben to get on board!!
Agree Maazah has been a great discovery! I also love the cilantro chutney (which I know will not be for everyone).
Yes I love that one too!!
