I am so excited about this concept and format! My family is primarily vegetarian - it might be asking too much, but I would be so grateful for vegetarian substitutes for the meat components of the menu.
I don't think my daughter has tried tempeh yet, but yes to tofu, and definitely willing to give tempeh (or any other veg protein) a few whirls! :) Thanks!
Hi Kelsey! Any complete recipes are linked to in the game plan. A lot of components like roasted vegetables are non-recipe recipes that are also outlined in the game plan. And then some of the menu incorporates store bought shortcuts. You can download and print out the PDF to have a helping hand executing.
Since this is a meal prep item it's not going to be the crispiest when made in advance. You can crank up the heat a bit and toss the matchsticks with cornstarch for more of a coated texture. They won't be the same as a deep fry when you make them in the oven. But mine do usually come out crispy straight out of the oven.

I love this feedback and can definitely incorporate it!! Do your kids eat tofu and tempeh?

Amazing!
I’m confused. Where are the recipes?

Thank you!
Made sweet pot fries according to the recipe, but they are not crispy… advice?
I don't have a full recipe on my site but you can use this one as a guide. Possible your oven is just a little under temp so increasing the heat could be an easy fix: https://www.simplyrecipes.com/recipes/oven_baked_sweet_potato_fries/
Thank you very much, will try that next time!

Compiling our grocery list for the week now!! But the link to the bbq sauce you like is missing!
There are several that I like! Stubbs original is my overall fave for flavor and fairly low in sugar
Seconding Stubb's! I was pleasantly surprised when I saw it was relatively low in sugar.
So glad you agree! Most balanced sauce IMO
